Details about the Money Forums

Note 1

One of the requirement to join this forum, is to send in your introductory article for sharing with others as outlined below:

Each participant is welcome to join by sending in an initial (short) essay describing how he/she was raised in regard to money and how that affects the present attitude, and where one is in regard to money now. This goes on file and everyone who joins reads these backgrounds as an initiaion exercise. Gives us a broad perspective on the many ways we have come to feel the way we do about money, builds tolerance and understanding...

Then we discuss in the first person singular, how we are proceeding in becoming more conscious about ourselves and money, with reflections about how we're transforming our understanding. Out of this will flow a changed way of working with money, which we expect will be reflected in the discussions, plans and projects on m-pp.

This requires time to get started but I feel that it will become a forum of deep discussion and self-change.

Hope to see you there.
   Love,
   Bhavana

Note 2

Just a short note explaining the workings of the two forums: m-pp@collaboration.org and money@collaboartion.org

First off, both lists are controlled, that means, a new person desiring to join has to send me an email to join or drop out. (cpatel@caesium.com)

Second, only those who are subscribed can post to this forum. If you want non subscribers to hear what you say, you have to include them in the cc field. I would suggest not cross posting to the auroconf and avi list as their purpose is different and those not interested with money talk should not be made to put us all on their kill list.

On auroconf, any one, subscriber or not can post an email. The operative procedure of posting an email was a conscious choice on all these forums.

The list "money" is more close and personal. It is a smaller subset of the m-pp list. Please do not post anything on "money@collaboration.org" to any other forum. Or forward any email without prior approval of the author. I appreciate your understanding of the privacy involved in this forum. Lastly, if you want to continue private correspondance which originated from "money" forum, please be aware not to just use reply. Make a small effort to type the user's email address. And always look at the header section to where your email is going.
