Description:

Started in 1991, this center serves the "Golden Horseshoe" area of Ontario and meets on a weekly basis to provide a point of contact and discovery for those new to Sri Aurobindo's and Mother's works, as well as further study for those already familiar. It offers readings from the works of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother and unstructured discussions on the readings and about the Integral Yoga in general. A wide variety of books on the Integral Yoga are available for purchase and some can be loaned.
